	2007-2008 Postcard Exchange   Students participated in a post card exchange with 26 other states from across the country.
	2007-2008 OREO Cookie Project Students participated a yummy math activity with Techno Spud where they stacked Oreo cookies and took measurements. Yum! Yum!
	2007-2008 Travel Buddy Project Our class Travel Buddy, Elsie, visited with four other classrooms during the school year. During her trip our class hosted four Travel Buddies and wrote about their experiences in our classroom. It was a lot of fun!

 

	Students participated with other classes from around the country to sort, chart, and graph the number of red foot loops found in a box of Froot Loops cereal.  We had a great time.  Click on the Froot Loops to the Max Link to see more.

	African American Inventors Project.  Students researched a famous African American inventor and share with the class how their invention has changed the world.  It was awesome!
	After studying the life of Martin Luther King, students wrote a short paragraph about what they would ask Dr. King if they had a chance to have a conversation with him.
